SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • The product will be vacuum-sealed and packaged in a hard cartoon box to ensure the product is not deformed during transportation. After opening the vacuum-sealed package, please wait a few minutes, the plush will swell and return to its original shape.
  • Product preparation time is 3-5 days.
  • Standard shipping time is 10-15 days.
  • Express shipping time is 5-7 days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

👉We only refund orders that meet the following conditions:

  • Orders are confirmed within 8 hours of placing your order.
  • The order is damaged up to 60% during transportation or the order has been lost due to some objective reasons (natural disasters, epidemics, ...)
